Oxfordshire Artweeks 2017
6th/7th and 13th/14th May
All are welcome at my open studio event for Oxfordshire Artweeks this year. Wine (!),Tea, coffee and cake are all available (for a donation) and I’d love to show you what I’ve been up to over the last year.
A whole new set of work will grace the walls – new Wallpaper pieces, lots of hares, cows and landscapes and also a couple of abstracts for the first time!
I’ve also got work in a group exhibition showcasing the work of Artists who live or work on the Ridgeway at Bourton Village Hall this year. The three venues in Bourton are part of Pinewood Schools’ ‘Bourton Arts Festival’ which is hoped to become a yearly occurrence.

if I’m not careful I’ll be in exhibiting season and I wont have uploaded any new work!!
Unfortunately there was an accident in the studio… and one of my wallpaper hares from last year was ripped – but I’m making a collage of it, by cutting the hare out and placing it onto an old pastel landscape that I didn’t ever finish. I think it goes really well – what do you reckon??
I’ve got lots on the go – new cows, hares, landscapes and abstracts- and the ubiquitous Wallpaper Series, that this year includes Barn Owls, Woodcocks, Sparrows and Goldfinches…
heres a few sneaky peaks until they are finished properly
